Use this form to register for a telephone interpreting and video interpreting account with InterpreterLine.

Your InterpreterLine Account number(s) and Access PIN(s) will be sent to you by email, once your application has been approved.

You have the flexibility of requesting more than one InterpreterLine account, however, each must be unique.

Terms and Conditions

Where an interpreter is successfully connected to the person initiating the interpreting request, the service is deemed to be provided, and an invoice will be issued.

Service delivery is not subject to your:
  1. Non-English speaking client's availability
  2. Non-English speaking client answering the telephone
  3. Non-English speaking client's telephone number being incorrect
InterpreterLine will monitor the duration of the call. The duration charged is from the time an interpreter is connected to the person initiating the request (i.e. you – the account customer).
